All the products have tags. Do not remove the tag if you want to return the product.
If you remove the tag we have the right to not accept the return.All the prices include tax.

All products are sent one or two days after.For delays you will receive an email.

Returns Policy.

Return policy for the eshop is the same with the physical store.
You have to keep the product packing and you have to keep the receipt.
Our target is to satisfy our clients . If we can not, you have to return the product.
First you have to contact us at info@dims.gr. Then you will call the courier.
You have 5 days for your return. Return costs burden us. Products on sale are not returned. Defective products are replaced immediately.

Acceptance of the order, Payment, Insurance

The prices are in Euro and include tax. Before we charge your credit card we will first check your payment details. If we can not charge your credit card we have the right to not accept your order. We accept Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal.
All the payments processed by Stripe bank which have secure verification from VERISIGN. We try to keep your order details secretly. Our company insures your order for the transport from us to you.

Order cancellation

You cancel your order one day after you place it. You have to send us an informative email to info@dims.g or you have to call to 2310239553.
If we have charged your credit card we will cancel the transaction immediately.
If you delay to cancel your order and we have already sent the product you have to return the product back (returns policy).

Our eshop may have hyperlinks from other websites for advertising purposes.
We have not check all the websites which are linked with ours. We are not responsible for
them. We try to keep your order and payment details secretly. We do not save your details . We use a secure payment service. You have the right to ask from us to delete your details with an email at info@dims.gr.
