Delivery – Returns Process

Returns policy for our eshop is same like the physical shop.

You have to keep the receipt and packing of the product. Necessary condition for the return is the receipt and the first packing of the product.

If you not satisfy with our product you have to return it immediately.The return would be with our courier Geniki Taxydromiki.

You have first contact us at (info@dims.gr or 2310239553) and then you will use our courier to return the product.

You have five days for the return. We are not accept delay returns.

You will not pay for the return within five days.

If you return the product after five days you have to pay the courier. We accept returns of the products which are in original condition. We are not accept the responsibility of loss for return products.You can not return products you buy on discount.The total amount of the return products deduct from your next order.

All the complains faced friendly from us.

Faulty are the products which have construction problem. Products which damaged from the transfer.

Also if they present fault one month after.Products which damaged by use are not faulty.The products that present problems from the use are not accepted.

If you want to change the faulty product with an other we deduct the amount you have already pay.

All the other faulty products will replaced.We have also the right if we deem it necessary before replace the product to send it to the manufacturer. We will keep our client posted.The procedure can take 30 days.We can also replace a faulty product with an other with the same price.If its possible we will fix the product.

        Exchange process and returns process

  • Keep a copy of the receipt.
  • Bring out the product at the receipt and make a note for the return reason
  • Keep the first packaging and send it with the receipt inside
  • Contact with our courier.
  • Return costs burden you.
